Come visit our Judaic library consisting of more than 2,500 books. Our
library has a vast array of Jewish related reading materials for children
and adults ranging from the Jewish Holidays, Colorado Jewish life to
cooking.
We have integrated a Discovery Center as part of our Library Services.
The goal of this Center is to enlighten children and adults about
Jewish Culture through a variety of exhibits. Currently, we have six
unique Jewish miniatures, created by artist Marilyn Lande, depicting
Jewish life through the ages. Our Discovery Center also includes:

JEWISH HISTORY IN MINIATURE…Artist Marilyn Lande

These miniature rooms give credence to the talent and exciting history that
belongs to the Jewish people. These miniature rooms include: Marc Chagall’s
Vence Studio in France (1960), Meyer Meyers, Silversmith in America (c.
1750), A Portuguese‑Holland Passover (c. 1720), the Vittorio Veneto
Synagogue in Italy (1700), Jewish Life in Muslim Spain (1150‑1350 c.e.),
Jewish Women's Lives in Victorian Times (1850‑1900 c.e.) and Sonia
Delaunay, A Movie Set Design (c. 1930). These rooms are a resource for
Jewish education created by artist Marilyn Lande to excite the imagination,
combining information in the arts and Jewish history. They are on permanent
display at Congregation Beth Shalom in their Discovery Center.
