The mission of our Religious school is to enable our children to
express pride in their heritage, to create an atmosphere in which
our scholars can be excited about being Jewish. With 11 classrooms
in our Education Wing, we have plenty of room to provide a relaxed
learning environment where our children can discover Jewish
customs and traditions.
We offer a wonderful curriculum based on six core principles:
• Holidays and Symbols
• Prayer and God
• Jewish Values
• Hebrew
• Jewish Customs and Practices
• Bible and History
We have Sunday School, for pre-schoolers through 8th grade,
meets each week from 10 A.M. to noon. 3rd through 6th graders
convene for Hebrew School each Wednesday from 4:45-6:45 P.M.
The Principal of the CBS Religious School is Mrs. Michelle Weinberg,
who has been a public and religious school educator for more than
25 years.
